Flies are not considered a huge pest in the ACT due to the geographical location and temperature. When populations increase, which they sometimes do, it will always usually be in the summer months ranging between October and April, with it peaking in December. Fleas are rarely noticeable in the winter months. They tend to come out between November and March, hitting peak populations between January and February. Spiders primarily come in the middle of and towards the end of autumn, usually between December and April. Rodents usually breed and come out in the winter months between May and September.
